Ready or Not is a tactical co-op shooter where your squad clears rooms like a real SWAT team. VOID SWAT runs full five-stacks, from tactics nights chasing S-rank clears to relaxed evenings that are just for fun. Good comms and patience matter far more than your K/D here.

VOID SWAT needs a lead. Run one regular session a week, welcome new players and keep the channel healthy. We handle the rest.

All leader positions: you must be 21 or over and have a working microphone.
Ready or Not rewards discipline, and VOID SWAT needs team leads who can bring it. We're looking for players who can plan an entry, assign roles and debrief a messy clear without blaming anyone. Leads must be 21+ and have a working microphone; clear, calm callouts are the whole job.
You don't need to be an S-rank veteran to join. We run serious tactics nights and relaxed chill clears, so there's room for every skill level. Playing with the same five people week after week is how a squad gets genuinely good, and it's a lot more fun than hoping your random teammates don't flashbang you. Join us, meet new people, and try the other games the VOID community plays too.
